Starlux To Commence Flights To Kuala Lumpur

Starlux airlines to commence twice weekly service between Kuala Lumpur and Taipei from 05 January 2021 operated using the Airbus 321 Neo.

Taiwan based Starlux Airlines will start services between Kuala Lumpur and Taipei. The airline in their Facebook post announced the service will commence from 05 January 2021 using the Airbus A321 neo aircraft.

Twice Weekly Flights Between Kuala Lumpur And Taipei

The Starlux flights will operate the following schedule

Inflight Entertainment

In-flight entertainment is provided through seatback touchscreen system, equipped with USB power port as well as audio and video on demand.

Starlux Airlines Business Class

The business class cabin has eight seats in a 2-2 configuration on the Airbus A321 Neo. The seats are 51.3 cm wide that can be converted into a 210cm flat bed. The in-flight entertainment is a 40cm touchscreen.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, meals, refreshments, and amenities including noise cancelling headphone and blankets are provided to all business class passengers.

Economy Class

The economy class cabin has 180 seats in a 3-3 configuration on the Airbus A321 Neo. Seats are 46.6cm wide, with a 26cm in-flight entertainment touchscreen. Meals and amenities such as pillow and headsets are complimentary. Basic Wi-Fi is complimentary for economy class passengers using mobile messaging (WhatsApp, Line, Facebook Messenger) excluding audio and video. Higher internet bandwidth for video and emails usage is available for purchased onboard.

Starlux Airlines will increase the number of direct frequencies between Kuala Lumpur and Taipei. Other airlines flying direct on this route include Malaysia Airlines, AirAsia, Malindo Air, EVA Air and China Airlines. We hope to see competitive fares to Taipei when borders reopen, and we can travel again.
